What is the Booth?

The Booth is our youth centre that allows a place for youth, in School Years 7 and up, to come and hang out whilst enjoying our facility for FREE.

Feel free to drop in after school, we’re open 3pm – 6pm Monday to Friday at 66 Stanley Street, Queenstown.

We are open during school term only, but you are welcome to join us for our holiday programmes while The Booth is shut.

Drop-in Structure

The Booth operates as a drop in centre. This means that although we have staff and volunteers on premise at all times, youth are able to come and go as they please. Due to limited staffing, we are unable to monitor youth once they leave the premise. We recommend that all youth who visit The Booth have a discussion with their parents/guardians so that they are aware of the expectations.

What we have

We have XBOX 360, PS2, Pool table, Air Hockey table and Ping Pong. There’s a  projector with a cranking sound system to play the tunes, a fully equipped kitchen, computers with free internet (for members only) and a makeup area for the girls. We provide daily afternoon tea for the youth to enjoy and of course a wide variety of candy and drinks for youth to purchase.
